Because original paintings are unique works, returns for change of mind are not accepted. If an artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number, packaging photos, and clear photos of the damage. We will review the case and may arrange repair, replacement where possible, refund, or insurance claim support. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method where feasible. Shipping damage claims may require retaining the packaging until the courier or insurer completes review.
